They aimto not only provide the “what” with data, but the “why.” Using these insights, black orchid research helps tell the full story behind thenumbers, which can be used to improve efficiency and maximize revenue, but also to improve company culture. Their tagline “know your data, know your story,” says it best.

The visual identity is centered on the idea that there’s more to the story. An asterisk is used to make note that there is more to the data than what is immediately visible. There’s a story to tell. The brand elements are pared back and leave room for the data visualizations to take center stage in a luminous gradient inspired by ultraviolet lights. Similar to ultraviolet lamps, Data reveals the story not typically visible to the naked eye.
